A funny story about voting: I am a registered democrat, living in a small town (about 18000) in the reddest red state in all of the land (the only state where not a single county went for Obama in the last presidential). I live in an old declining neighborhood (my house is 62 years old) on the south side of town. My designated polling place has been the school library...about a block from my house ...forever. Yesterday, I received a letter from the local election commission with my voter id card...and my new polling place. Surprise..surprise, it is now at a church in the poorest part of town on MLK street. I am ashamed to say that I did not even know this town had an MLK street, and it is a very small town indeed. In short, my vote really does not matter, because of the electoral college, this state will most assuredly line up for what ever sock puppet emerges from this long running comedy show known as the repub primary...and yet. I will now vote (for Obama) with more vehemence than ever (if that is possible??) after seeing this weak attempt to scare white voters away by moving the polling place for all democrats to the poorest neighborhood in town. I am sure over the past few years, with the ascendance of the tea party, this kind of thing is quietly happening all across the country. Anybody else seen it?

Can you post the top 10 list from today's podcast? Thanks
Seconding posting the text of your list, it's a real doozy!
This must be making the RNC shit its pants.
Could this be Phase One of a cunning plan unravelling? Stay tuned!
jim, unraveling?
I think not.
For all the lies and feints and repressive laws, the central game plan is pretty basic: to keep the base all ginned up.
You see, when judges rule against rethug voter suppression tacts, that triggers the "activist judiciary" alarm.
And the circle be unbroken....
