When I chanced to read this sentence by Andrew Sullivan about his noble indifference to the media's frantic fixation with the Anthony Weiner Affair("The Bruce-Partington Pants"? "The Mound of the Baskervilles"? I'm still working on it)...
Readers may be relieved - or crushed - by the Dish's indifference to the fantastic mystery tour that has consumed the blogosphere for days now. But if you want the full details on how a yFrog can be hacked,
...it came to me as if in a vision that the hilarity of the staggering obliviousness that undergirds Mr. Sullivan's statement of principle really deserved a certain amount of dramatic illustration.

I disagree. Palin is news and should be covered thoroughly. Weiner-Gate is amusing but trivial.
