I have been asked by some very nice people both in comments and via email if there is an address where they can send me some dough via stamp-and-envelope mail because for one reason or another PayPal does not work for them.
The answer is "Not yet, but soon": BG and I are in the process of getting a "Professional Left" P.O. Box and legal entity name that should meet everyone's needs.
