had a chance to shake her hand at a meet and greet at the DNC Winter meeting before the election. Within 15 seconds you could tell she had that etherial smarter than hell, utterly above it, completely empathetic, cut above, top shelf quality about her. It made you immediately like her and wish she was running instead of her hubby - and this was long before John's nightmoves became public. Great gal, and a class act all the way to the end - no doubt about it.

I met her in 2004 and after talking for just a little while told her that she should be the candidate.
She blushed sincerely and stammered out why they were such ideal candidates.
I loved her ever since.
