5 minutes in and I'm disagreeing. The republicans can govern from the minority? They get what they want without winning?
What they want, the only thing they want, is tax cuts for the rich. They need power to get that. And budgets that raise taxes on the rich can't be filibustered.
Hoping the rest of the podcast doesn't refute this comment...
