Walter Crunkite

My humble contribution to Blue Gal's call for an appropriately demure photoshoppic response to

Dame Katie Couric's

Witchy moves.

Darkblack and Tengrain help raise the level of discourse also too.

I hear Couric has an itch to do serious investigative pieces.

Some people say Katie did not let her husband receive cancer screening because she realized the commercial potential of a protracted, painful and public death.

Some people might argue that a prime time death from a highly preventable form of cancer is a foreseeably huge ratings bonanza (cue dramatic music and slow motion tear wiping).

"Katie, what do you say to those cynics who could suggest that you sacrificed your husband's health for your career?...if you really weren't responsible for his death - and I'm not saying you were - why nor just release the records proving that your appointment secretary did not continually cancel your husband's physicals?

"Katie, You do understand, don't you, that you could put this entire issue to rest if you would just release the records? If you had nothing to do with your husband's death, why are you dragging this out in the media when we would rather be discussing important issues instead of asking you why you are dredging up and dragging out this controversy surrounding your dead husband?
