Taking It Like A Porn Star

United States Senator Barrasso demonstrates here the sophisticated breathing/verbalizing/crack-addict-level-denial techniques needed to talk with Rush Limbaugh's dick in your mouth.

Pay attention kids: this is how the pros do it!

And to the counselors of bipartisanship, let me say that no one would be happier than me to wake up some bright, Spring morning to find that the Right had embraced civility, collegiality and respectful discourse more than me. On that day I bury all my "fucks" in the ground, 'cause I won't need them anymore.

But the death of comity in American political culture was not an accident. It did not commit suicide or die by misadventure. It was murdered -- for political and economic gain -- quite deliberately and methodically by the Republican Party, and anyone who tells you otherwise is either woefully ignorant or a bold faced liar.

So as much as I'd like for us all to play nice in the American sandbox, until the Rush Limbaugh Party stops elevating dittohead aparats and sock-puppets like John Barrasso and Mikey Steele (from "The Nation")...

GOP Chair to Rush: "You're The Boss!"

...
"My intent was not to go after Rush -- I have enormous respect for Rush Limbaugh," Steele then told The Politico. "I was maybe a little bit inarticulate. … There was no attempt on my part to diminish his voice or his leadership."

So, just to recap the last few days:

Steele attempted to suggest that he, not Limbaugh, is in charge of the Republican Party.

Limbaugh objected.

Steele said, "my bad."

This would seem to settle the question of who is now calling the shots in what was once the party of Abraham Lincoln and Teddy Roosevelt but is now not much more than Rush Limbaugh's plaything.

... to positions of power, disavows the likes of Limbaugh, Hannity and Perkins and all of their dark works, apologizes for the horrors of their Age of Bush every bit as volubly as they cheered for the destruction of Bill Clinton, and starts atoning for this catastrophic Thirty Years War they unleashed against tolerance, reason and the Middle Class there can be no peace between us.

Because as we have spent the last three decades painfully learning, compromising with the proudly ignorant and gleefully hateful as they shit up our beautiful nations and then letting them slink back to their spider holes intact one more time to hunker down and wait for yet another chance to come back again in two years or five -- louder, crazier and better funded -- simply does not work.

In that context, "bipartisanship" becomes merely the paying of ransom to swine.

Just another word for surrender.

And surrender (Caution: BSG spoiler alert)

is something we on the Left will no longer abide.

I think the video cut off the full title, "Rush fills GOP leadership vacuum with his endless pompous bloviating".

They can take Rush's dick, a mere thing, it's the chemically enhanced BALLS they have to contend with.

Then again, considering how much he's fattened up, there's a better n' even chance that his latest ex- took those in his latest divorce.

Can you say over-compensate? Rush will be the last of the bubbles to burst all over Red State delusions.
General temperance, conviviality and geography will settle over the grossly mislead.

Millions have already kicked their jones for the hard stuff. Millions more are asking "Is that all there is? You promised us ice cream and candy and gooey goodness... You guys really SUCK at this doncha?".

Busted...
Flush...

Bye bye Rush.

Gawd, I saw this asshat last night on Schuster, who tried every which way to get him to actually say the words "Rush was wrong" (in fact saying "Can't you just say the words, 'Rush is wrong'?" Hysterical. And isn't the administration having a plain old gleeful time tying this fatass around the Republicans neck and knotting him tight? Sort of fun to watch...

Not sure what Laura Roslin said (video "no longer available"), but thanks for the spoiler alert. I would have watched it anyway, but appreciate making an informed decision. I'll just wait for Netflix - assuming it was a scene from the final season.

Barrasso is paralyzed with fear.

Like most Republicans, he is guided by fear and motivated by hate and ignorance. If he were not such a useless, empty hairbag, I'd feel sorry for someone so congenitally compromised. Not so in his case.

What is wrong with honesty? "I won't contradict Rush Limbaugh directly by name because people who do that have their phone lines jammed for three days, six hundred calls an hour, and I have neither the staff nor the stomach for that kind of attention. My constituents are my primary concern and responsibility, not the members of an admittedly devoted national radio audience."

Then turn off the phone for three days. Really.

How hard was that? God I'm underpaid, and I wouldn't take money to make them look good anyway.

Your post made me smile on a blue day. Thanks, Drifty.

I am just loving every minute of this Rush as Republican Leader shit!! LOVES IT. So many opportunities to point and laugh in their face. THIS is your leader? OMG.... Great!! I'm all for it. Lead them all over the edge of their flat earth. Go Rush!! Hours of laughter await this wonderful meme.

RUSH/Coulter 2012!! Oh, yeah....

Also, rush is motivated by ONE thing.... $$$$$. As is the "conservative" core value. He's getting his, so fuck everyone else. Rush wants America to fail.... but he'll take all the $$$$ for saying so. And, that's why he's saying it. $$$

is Roslin doing a Sarah Palin impression in that video? She's got the look down reasonably well, but needs to work on the voice.

Michael Steele really blew it.

What he said to DL Hughley on CNN was spot on (and contrary to his apology, it was exactly what he was thinking)!

He could be taking his party in the right direction but instead he pandered to Rush's mob.

Pathetic.

Michael Hart writes:

We are witnessing the end of the old politics of opposition. That a morbidly obese bloviator leads twenty million morons over the cliff of a dead paradigm is more than poetic; it is divine.

And when the Bloviator's obesity causes his head or heart to explode at the most synergistically opportune moment, the new politics paradigm will be officially REAL.

Oh yes; all republicans beware: your death is on the event horizon, and that right soon.

I'm all for Rush being the actual titular leader of the GOP - by all means run that fat fuck in an election somewhere as a lead up to Limbaugh/Palin 2012.

You know why he's their leader right now? Because the only people willing to consider voting Republican at this point are his flying monkey legions of dumbass dittoheads, reality-challenged Jesus Freaks and the uberwealthy owners of the Republican brand. Sadly, this is about 15%- 20% of the population.

But, but, Limbaugh's prostate (like his ego) is dangerously enlarged and Michael Steele and the other repubs getting in line to offer to tongue-massage it, is clear evidence of their humanitarian instincts.

Rush's "positive's" at 11% with under-40 americans is good stuff.

And watching Limbaugh and Steele, etc, sweating and grunting, while they load political capital into OUR warehouse, is gratifying, to say the least. :o)

I give this man six months until he's found in bed with a doped up child.

Perhaps one of Rush's borrowed Dominicans?
