Job search can be a tiring and lengthy process. It often makes the job seeker pessimistic and under confident. However, an elaborate job search is required if you wish to gain your dream job. Job search is incomplete without sound planning and continuous hard work. One has to be confident and optimistic throughout the process. Consider every rejection as a learning experience and make it a stepping-stone in your way to winning the job.
