Disclaimer : I got banned there, in the middle of my second post, so do have an ax to grind :)The "why" of it shows the speshul brand of stoopid there. Rather than reiterate everything , I agreed with the previous poster(on warrantless wiretapping),and added one more point. In his comment previous to that one , he included the statement that the current WH engaged in conduct that was a radical departure from previous administrations. We were then banned for accusing the Red Staters of racism . ("radical" = racial = racist i.e , Moe(the offended party) kant reede ;)
Incidentally, my first post was to defend "Juan" McCain from accusations of being a traitor,although the junior Malkanites were too wimpy to use the "t" word.Then just to poke 'em, I suggested a more
"glass-half-full" view & approach to illegal immigrants." Think of it as a test. If they're good enough, or lucky enough to avoid getting caught for five years, then we should make 'em legal. Those are the kind of people we should want on Team USA, ASAP.
A few days later, I heard Billo make the serious allegation that that was Hillary's attitude towards illegals. Was almost verbatim (minus the humor) what I said. Given RS's place in the RWNM, I figured it was 50/50 that Billo pinched my lines. :)
