I saw something in a Yahoo story that caught my eye regarding the War in Iraq. Seeing as the Congress has the COnstitutional power to "makes laws for the regulation of the armed forces" couldn't they pass a law forbidding the Pentagon and Preznit Newkuhlur from extending and re-extending deployments from troops going to Iraq? Just a little off-topic observation.
