Obviously not too stupid to be invited on teevee every week to barf the magic Beltway words "Both Sides Are To Blame" at every single fucking issue on Earth over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again...
...but still, pretty damn stupid.
In earlier days I might have suggested some kind of formal intervention for someone this far gone, but considering that these days virtually every one of Mr. Dowd's teevee colleagues are just as knee-walking, waterhead drunk on the ol' Both Siderist jug as he is, I don't think such genteel measures are viable any longer.
