Schultz's reasoning for being against Keystone was basically, "since it's guaranteed to cause huge permanent damage, let's not do it".
Anything short of that, I guess, would have made the 50 new jobs totally worth it to that doofus.
Zaius got a real job out there. That's all I know.....
