"As God as my witness, I thought Jindal could fly."
-- Farewell address by Believe Again SuperPAC funder
How dare chinless chuck accuses satirists of "making people more cynical". John Oliver is a far super reporter/journalist than Chuck could ever dream of not wanting to be. "Balance". Pfffft.
Almost exactly 50 years ago, Arlo Guthrie and a buddy got arrested for littering... ^_^
Good morning, Mr. Glass.Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.Be seeing you.
happy thanks Giving , as weight watchers stock plummets for the holidays. I had hoped you would have covered the mounting GOP Congressional majorities targeting to open criminal hearing to impeach the Dictator-in-chief for his abuse of Executive Orders, extreme partisanship and political assassinations. The evidence seems clear that the Kenyan emperor applied life and death judgements every thanksgiving in office. To wit; Obama has pardoned only Liberal Democratic Turkeys each thanksgiving. Obama was put to a secret GOP test on a single thanksgiving day when the Tea Party republicans caucus secretly arranged to have both turkeys ( at the ceremony) be from the Liberal Turkey persuasion. Fact; On that thanksgiving, Obama pardoned both liberal turkers. As the facts go on to show, whenever there were a Liberal turkey and a conservative turkey. The President who so wants to undermine America pardons the liberal turkey. The Obama Administration has been clearly targeting Conservative turkeys and must be brought to justice. This has nothing to do with conservative turkeys in the GOP primary, they seem satisfied with self destruction. Like an ISIS turkey that puts on a napalm vest. Just got to say, I never thought Thanksgiving as a holiday would be survive and exist under sharia law. Allah works in mysterious ways, doesn't she?
To Piyush Jindahl's funder: It's "As God is my witness..." Happy Thanksgiving Mr. Glass.
If Arthur C. Carlson was confused by 1978, lord knows what 2015 would have done to his simple, but well-meaning soul. You've reminded us of the best moment of a show that was killed off well before its time. Thank you.
Paul Rosenberg on Salon.com:(Not his title, but it might as well be)The "Daddy Party" has become the "WATB Party".I'm not sure how seriously I take the psychoanalytic stuff, but I still thought it was worth reading.
