Make sure you wear your HazMat Underoos

when you go spelunking inside Glenn Beck's head.

The early 21st Century finds American media groaning under the weight of ferociously ignorant, misanthropic white homunculi.

Judging strictly by the product they extrude, these ferociously ignorant, misanthropic white homunculi are paid to lie, hatemonger, toe a strict and clear Pig Person party line, and otherwise shit in their own shoes, call it opinion journalism and scream "First Amendment" whenever anyone suggest that maybe -- just maybe -- they are just plain fucking incompetent and should be cut loose.

To these ferociously ignorant, misanthropic white homunculi the major networks and cable outlets give large sums of munnies. Munnies which, if the major networks and cable outlets were even remotely interested, y'know, actual journalism, could be used to purchase actual journalism for pennies on the dollar.

The steaming, pile formed by these ferociously ignorant, misanthropic white homunculi nearly blots out the sun.

And the fly that squats atop that pile is Glenn Beck -- rubbing his filthy little feet together and giggling over the fact that being emperor of the wingnut imbeciles is literally the only job qualification required to net him a princely living week after week after week.

From Crooks & Liars...
I usually don’t write much about this moron because after I watched him once I wondered how he had a job in radio let alone got a gig on CNN. I know talkies have a lot of time on their hands to kill, but what the heck is he talking about? Has he looked in the mirror lately?

“If you’re a guy, you can get past it. I don’t think you can as an ugly woman.”

“You’ve got a double cross, because if you’re an ugly woman, you’re probably a progressive as well.”

The rest here...

Sorry Driftglass, but Glenn Beck is not the fly on the top of the pile. Glenn Beck is the stuff the fly vomits onto the pile in order to eat it.

There is so MUCH there to deal with; it's like a box of See's...

I think I'll go with this one:

"...because if you're an ugly woman, you're probably a progressive."

Really?

Katrina VanDen Heuvel, Jane Hamsher, and Christy Smith, are such aardvarks, just to name a few... :o)

:o)

He just means he's likes the feel of cementy silicon goodness and a big "fireman bill" smile in the mornin'.

I think he might need to take a little less or clean his mirror.

Small consolation, I know, but numbers don't lie:
Feb. 14th
Feb. 13th
Feb. 12th

If you look at all of the Pig People plying their trade on cable, Beck's at the bottom of the class ratings-wise. He's regularly beaten to a pulp by Sean I-Brake-For-Clairol-Nice & Easy-120A Natural Golden Dark Brown Hannity. His lousy ratings have relegated him to a spot right next to second-generation-wingnut-welfare-and-nepotism-dependent Tucker Carlson in "Punditry for Dummies." Even Our Lady of the Taurine Nostrils, Nancy Grace, regularly whups his wrinkled old white ass.

He said that if a person goes to heaven, they go as their perfect self.

In that case, he'll be in Heaven as his perfect self - the Perfect Asshole (much as I hate to denigrate any body orifice).

This is someone who was turned down by good looking liberal progressive chicks when he was in college - on the regular. Kinda reminds me of The Doughy Pantload - minus a book deal.

Res called it. While the idea of the genre is "hate sells", and Beck is certainly qualified, he's not as effective a packager as say, Limbaugh. So yeah, his only reason d'etre outside of giving Headline News a "hey, we got our very own jerk!" to tell geriatric ads is to keep Princess Tucker from being the bottom of the barrel.

Glenn Beck was obnoxious and disgusting on the radio before he ever got his Headline News gig, which made me wonder, when it was announced, what the hell Headline News was thinking.
Glenn Beck is an ignorant self-important blowhard who I try my best to ignore.

Along came a Nile blow fly and ...

Those are the nasty little biters found along the St. Lawrence Seaway and the Egyptian Nile. (In case you need that info for a Trivia Game win. Or something.)

And I think "forteanfanatic" has better biology on Blow Fly Beck -- he's the milky puke the flies upchuck to digest stuff.

I have to yell at high decibles to get my old mom -- who has Alz and uses the TV remote like a machine gun -- to QUICK get the eff off that channel. Cuz that Glen Beck guy causes brain disease and ear bleeds. She obeyed.

And we watched the Discovery Channel on gigantism and pituitary gland tumors. Coulda sworn it was still Glen Beck; just nicer.

After a couple of days of internal server errors and assorted freak coding typos that caused my blog to disappear, I'm in no mood to coddle vicious imbecilic agitators like Glenn-the-fucking-Beck. But I think you all are missing the point. These moronic bipedal shitbags who have access to national microphones and TV cameras are a real threat to democracy. That's not freedom of speech; it's a fucking travesty against our way of life.

But how do we protect ourselves from the machinations of ignorant agitators like Beck, Limbaugh, and Coulter? not to overlook vicious minorities like the swiftboat scum? If we want to protect our freedom, how do we prevent the further usurpation of unwarranted power by the executive branch?

And these other serious dangers: the retardation of scientific progress by the neocon religious right. . . The control of our government by an ambitious and clever little would-be dictator— Asshat Bush. . . The disastrous disruption of panics, which have created record profits for oil companies and catastrophic burdens for the middle class poor. . . The exploitation by unscrupulous war profiteers. . . The virtual taxation enslavement of our citizenry by the state. . . The abject failure of social and economic fairness. . . The threatened union of church and state. . . And ugliest of all, the loss of our personal liberty.

I wish we could be more effective in finding the answers to these pressing problems.
