Washington (CNN)
Embattled Rep. Aaron Schock announced Tuesday he would resign his seat at the end of the month, in the wake of a congressional ethics investigation into reports that he used taxpayer money to fund lavish trips and events.

In a statement, he said he was stepping down "with a heavy heart," having given his constituents "my all over the last six years."
And with that, Fox News welcomes its newest employee.

And for all of you asking the same question, take out you pocket Constitution and consult Article II, Section 2, Clause 4:
When vacancies happen in the Representation from any State, the Executive Authority thereof shall issue Writs of Election to fill such Vacancies.
So Governor Hedgefund gets to call for a special election.

Well this should be entertaining.

What kind of Downton Abbey character wears a pink gingham shirt, anyway? They say there's no accounting for taste, but isn't that what ridicule is for? Did anyone consult Princess Sparkle Pony about this? So many questions...

Maybe the next corrupt Republican will decorate his office to look like Better Call Saul.

What you librulz don't understand is that Rep. Schock was just making sure none of your hard-earned tax dollars were lying around to be wasted on those unworthy degenerate lazy poor people.
