Dumpster fire is a excellent term describing right wing displays of failure.
There is a lesser sophisticated way less delicate way to describe "clusterFucks".
Turd burners or also known as Turd BBQ.
During Vietnam War. American troop camps had out houses with big pots underneath that caught all the defecation. There was a trap door on the back to pull out those pots full of it. Once pulled out, gasoline was poured into the pot and set ablaze.
After the burning, the charred remains was dumped into a hole and buried.
