I grew up in Eureka California, which is the county seat of Humboldt County. When I was in High School in the late seventies, there was so much killer weed around that we pretty much wallowed in it. Pro tip: do not run an eighth ounce of tight green bud through the blender and make brownies out of it. You'll be incapacitated, no matter how small of a brownie you choke down. Likewise, don't hop your home made beer with green bud. It ends up tasting really good and your friends will want a second bottle and all of the sudden your living room looks like Jonestown...
So all of the goddamn media are sucking up to Fergus and normalizing his goddamn lies to avoid getting their faces eaten by the leopards. Sorry, but leopards can't read, and these particular leopards are a special kind of stupid.
Thank you again for the podcast. We made it to the grocery store yesterday, and this morning the storm hit. The power went out and there were two flash flood warnings on my phone. It's not good when the power goes out in a snowstorm here because all we have for heat is the little oil-filled radiator I bought off of Amazon that only works on half power anyway. Luckily enough, the power came back on around noon, and the storm had enough rain in it that most of the snow melted and left about an inch of hail on the ground, so perhaps we'll make it to the store next week also...
