Isn't Chucky needed to lubricate this nominee to the high court. I mean he could speak to how unusual it may be to nominate a pardoned Criminal to the high court without first giving awarding Maxwell with the Presidential American freedom lifetime achievement medal. So Maxwell has something to put on her resume for the republican Senate that will confirm Maxwell at God's speed.
