Happy birthday Drifty! You are exactly 1 year and 1 month older than me. I will drop an entire $10 in to your hat (and urge others who can afford it to do the same) as a show of respect for achieving such an advanced age (as soon as paypal will allow it). Sure beats giving it to some Blue Dog though the DCCC....and for the amazing work you do. Keep up the good fight, and as my dad used to say: Illegitimus non carborundum. It was painted on the side of his B-24 and yes, I know it's bad Latin,(yet apparently good luck) it just keeps popping in to my mind of late...
My spam has been exceedingly accurate in predicting just what I might need at any given stage of my life. Just before major back surgery, The Hoveround seemed like a great purchase, and had I an extra 45k... The Niacin flush free, Gingko, reduced Triple A membership, Doan’s Little Liver Pills, the fish and krill oil, and all the senior discounts were timely and appreciated, although the “Happy Seniors Dating Service” might not sound as alluring to me as my corporate betters down at Spam-King central HQ intend. But this last round of spam is beginning to play with my head – “Knee and Hip Replacement Information.” What do they know that I don’t? There’s almost no way I can look forward to opening that one and avoid interpreting it as being very, very bad indeed. By the way, Happy Birthday! Chin up!
