It was an historic mistake that Merrick Garland tip-toed through prosecuting the Trump Regime from the footsoldiers and cannon fodder without ever reaching the capos at the top. It took a signature for Trump to undo years of effort. And it was likewise an error for Biden to squander Kamala Harris on the Vice Presidency. Had she been AG--she was a prosecutor before the Senate--might not she have proceeded more aggressively?
