Then the vote to repeal and the replacement was not around to be found but Donny kept saying in 2 weeks.
When repeal was voted down in the senate,
Donny told us, "who would have thought health care would be so complicated?

Difference. Donny could not tear up Obamacare without congress repealing it. The Iran Nile deal during Obama Adm. was tore up in a sole empower style dictate and he could not achieve anything close.
