I guess it doesn't matter whether he's doing this deliberately or not, but what is happening is the destruction of the public's support for the legal institutions that Fergus falsely accuses of persecuting him. Hell, I have repeatedly inveighed against the goddamn policies having made me stand up for the fucking FBI. Arlo Guthrie had it right about the FBI: "All cops are bastards, but the FBI has a special school they send them to to enhance their natural bastardness." But in reality, the goddamn FBI has a specific job to do: prosecute the crimes that local and state law enforcement just don't have the resources to deal with (and some counterterrorism stuff) that is totally being let go now. No. That is wrong. It is not being "let go" by the feebies, it is being pardoned and celebrated by Fergus and his goddamn felons. I don't know much about Minnesota, except that my sister in law moved there after she broke up with my brother. Oh, and the tater-tot hotdish my roommate Michelle made at Mirthworks that was so good that I told her that all of the best Michelle's from Minnesota have two l's in their names. I don't know whether DFB knows this or not, but we have a mechanism in this country that decides whose take on a particular event is true: the judiciary. As Carl Newman wrote in the New Pornographers' "My Rights vs Yours" "The truth in one free afternoon." Thank you again for the podcast. We are going through some major upheaval also. PG&E have cancelled our "project request" to get the electricity turned back on in the house in Miranda where we are moving and are already supposed to be as of last month. They have names for people with actual morals and ethics. People who join the military and uphold the oath they take. Our Founding of the constitution did not account for political parties and the corruption of money let alone Americans voting for what that corruption offers. At least salsify advertises. They did not foresee the brain washing of vulnerable minds by abusing the free press to condition voters for things they would never otherwise favor or support. So sure the constitution is fileable. The SCOTUS interpretation of the 2nd Amendment proves that. A SCOTUS that money put those justices on that court to make such a ruling sound constitutional to the least thoughtful among us.

Well He shot and killed that American in Minn. instead of 5th Avenue, To money that put him there, the money that put the GOP there to confirm and fund the trigger to be pulled. The money that causes the GOP majority to forget their oath of office and allow that American shot dead to lose her 4 Amendment. Her 1st Amendment. Her life and pursuit of happiness. It is an understatement to say, our government of and by the people " has been taken.
Taken like a SCOTUS overruling the State of Florida supreme courts ruling to count the ballots as they chose our president. As the SCOTUS ruled that money (currency) is speech and the loudest speech is the most money. Ruled the (republican) president is above the law. How money can deny a confirmation hearing to take place of a nominee to the SCOTUS for over a year. Under the guise of party politics and not the measure of qualifications for the position. It is clear the wealth does not like our constitution and defy it and are rewriting it. And the people are not at the table but they are on the menu. That root of all evil has been the wealthy's tool since learning the story of Judas Iscariot.
