To maintain robust good health, I try to limit my intake of President Stupid's mouth-shits to 2-3 per day. Instead, after writing about the Republican Party and the media on this little blog in the middle of Middle America every day for more than 15 years, I remain deeply interested in the real, long-term, potentially extinction-level crisis facing our democracy: the fact that tens of millions of our fellow citizens are such abject failures as citizens and as human beings that they would fling themselves into a live volcano at Trump's command and blame Liberals for the pain with their dying breath.
And a disturbingly large fraction of that mob of reprogrammable Republican meatbags are heavily armed, rage-drunk, incurably paranoid and itching for any excuse to start shooting.
