IMPORTANT OBSERVATIONS REGARDING THE REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES:

I think we can all agree that Huckabee's "Separated at Birth" match is Gomer Pyle, USMC.

Although I like the Colbert Report's use of sesame Street game show host Guy Smiley as the match for Willard, I think a more correct match would be The Prophet Bob Dobbs.

Furthermore, I believe with every fiber of my cliche-spouting being that St. John McCain is none other than Hank Hill's dad, Cotton Hill

    Am I wrong?

Yep. It looks like McCain is the dude, for the GOP.

And, if the calls for Hillary to win in California are correct, even considering the apportioned delegates, it means that California democrats have probably just elected St. John as the next preznint of the country.

    Passing strange...

McCain always reminds me of "Penny" from the old claymation shorts aired on "Pee Wee's Playhouse". Seriously. Imagine him with pigtails.

  8. McCain's voice reminds me of the old pedophile on The Family Guy. But I'll go along with Cotton Hill for looks. Yeah, I see it.

BTW, a while back Ann Coulter referred to Huckabee as:

    "This stretch-marked cornpone..."
    :o)

Which, we must admit, has a certain cachet to it.

Poor Annie; with this wealth of rodent/statesmen to choose from, she doesn't know whether to shit or go blind. :o)

I understand her frustration. They don't have a candidate who has a chance of staving off a hammering of historic proportions for republicans in this election.

But, the democrats do, in Hillary Clinton, and I think it's really messing with gooper heads to have to rely on her. :o)
