Once in a while she sounds somewhat akin to being reasonable.

But as indicated, certainly never ever ever takes any responsibility for any of it, herself. Yet another snout in the trough of the wingnut welfare gravy train. All that welfare is mighty darn gooood, isn't Kathleen? Too good for you to take your snout out of that trough, much less admit to your own mendacity. Why would she think that's an either/or bet? She was there to talk about her book, the title of which was Mistakes were made, but not by me. Just had to. "Everyone KNOWS that Hillary is a poopy faced jerk!....at least, everyone I talk to."

The "reasons" she refers to but, I'm assuming, doesn't specify, are no doubt her murder of Vince Foster, the Christmas Card list, Whitewater, BENGHAZIIIII, and all manner of other rightwing fever swamp bullshit that even the supposedly "reasonable" GOP mouthpieces have come to believe in to their bones because they're every bit as mindless in their loyalty to the party (as they conceive it, anyway) as the Trump voters are to him.

Ever since GWB sent everything off the rails, I've had periodic conversations with my handful of conservative-ish friends (I'm don't really have any teabagger or bible-thumper friends), and while they have all generally conceded that the GOP has lost its mind, most of them still cling to their blind belief that the Democrats are "even worse." They can't explain why, but they just KNOW it. To the extent they attempt to explain it, they rely on easily-debunked nonsense.

The GOP has very little to fear from a Hillary Clinton presidency other than the humiliation that comes with knowing that they spent 25 years smearing her and it wasn't enough to stop her from winning the presidency. She won't be a fire-breathing liberal, she'd be willing to cut deals with them, etc. etc. But just as their propaganda blitz created a demon spawn "President Obama" their voters believe in, which bears no resemblance to the man himself, so it has with Hillary Clinton. They built that!Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15368238520998130967noreply@blogger.com
