Breaking: The Bastard President Is a Lying Sack of Bannon

But you already knew that.  From NBC:
House Intel Committee Chiefs: No Evidence of Trump Tap

The FBI director was given a deadline of Wednesday by Graham to confirm whether an active probe exists into alleged ties between the Trump campaign and Moscow

The Republican and Democratic leaders of the House Intelligence Committee said Wednesday they have seen no evidence supporting President Donald Trump's claim that the Obama administration wiretapped him last year.

GOP Rep. Devin Nunes and Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff said at a press conference that they're still waiting for evidence from the Justice Department backing up that claim.

Schiff said he and Nunes are willing to take steps to compel the department to comply with their request if it refuses by the March 20 deadline they've given the Justice Department.

Nunes said he doesn't believe there was "an actual tap of Trump Tower" in New York.
...
There are really only six basic stories in America today.

One, in the name of Republican Jebus and Ayn Rand, the Party of Trump is trying like hell to gut health care for the poor, the weak, the infirm, the elderly and the middle class in order to deliver hundreds of billions of dollars in tax cuts to their paymasters.

Two Vladimir Putin massively interfered with the American presidential election on behalf of Donald Trump and his cronies.

Three, Donald Trump and his cronies are the wholly owned stooges of Vladimir Putin.

Four, Donald Trump and his cronies cannot stop lying about everything all the time.

Five, the Party of Trump is so desperate to gut health care for the poor, the weak, the infirm, the elderly and the middle class in order to deliver hundreds of billions of dollars in tax cuts to their paymasters that they are willing to look the other way as Vladimir Putin's stooges in the White House wreck the government and lie incessantly about everything.

Six, the base of the Party of Trump is either too fucked-in-the-head stupid or too in love with the idea of being a foot-soldier in an American Fascist Party to care about the first five stories.

WAY TRUE!

GOP democratic hunting expedition of investigating president's false accusation. A serious tweeted accusation. This is more serious than Trump lying over having top investigators in Hawaii and how we would all be startled to see what they have found out of Obama's birth.

So, the Trup golden toilet seat question;
Is there a legal penalty for Trump falsely accusing the former president of a felony?

Sure, sure Trump loses credibility (except for GOP). How do Americans not "believe" him. Trust. How can we trust his lying mouth as he waives his little hands and says "believe me"?

Health care is the best, bringing jobs back, improving economy (not just for himself and Mar A Lago members. You get the picture.

His false accusation cost America tax dollars, caused or elected officials to be distracted from representing us. Besmirched a former U.S> President.

I am not sure the analogy of yelling bomb on an airliner fits. We do know there are penalties for the disruptive nature of the person that does it.
So, what legal penalty is there? Are we back to Nixon and the President is now above the law? I haven't seen much promise the republican majority Congress feels up to holding any accountability by performing the check and balances congress duty calls for. I mean, a republican president with a functioning hand and 5 working digits to hold a pen and sign what ever Putin wants us to put in front of those 5 working vulgarian little fingers.

If I were the praying type. I would be lighting the candle, donating cash, in the pews begging God to consider calling Gorsuch back to keep Scalia company is a mercy for all.

No penalty for Flynn as a foreign employee working in top position in white house? VP Pence knew of Flynn's "little quirk" as the transition tean leader but his job was to give Trump what he wants be damned the oath to the constitution?
Sessions can commit perjury and GOP say fine?
Tom Price can insider trade and pass self profiting legislation and get rewarded to HHS at a time of GOP plan to revamp health care. Tom Price is now positioned to self profit from his position and sell out Americans to corporations with no one to ensure his corruption doesn't continue.
It is not just Price will self profit from lobbyists, He will sell his own "conservative ideology", American lives for his own gain.

But a couple of odd conservative ideological positions exposed.

*Everything is for sale including ones soul (if still owned). Even Americans.
*Using big Government to force big Federal Government and businesses to do as they say.
*Choosing winners and losers in the so called, Free Market".

Oh,
A shout out to Trump for bringing back great jobs to America. As Crowley snags one of those great paying jobs with Russian lobbyists.
Now, if he can reproduce that one job into thousands for Russia and Putin and move those jobs into the Coal country and other parts of the economically suppressed nation. Dos Bananas....

Why can't we have both?
