I just watched the first half of the pilot episode of Breaking Bad (yes, I know I'm late to the party), and now I have a burning question which must be answered: Do they always pixelate nudity on that show, or is it just on Netflix? We got a brief glimpse of a topless woman, and I could swear her boobs were smudged.
Asking for a friend...
I think they do it for broadcast on AMC, as it's basic cable.
Netflix doesn't do anything to series that have nudity, watch Weeds sometime.

I watched 'em all on blu-ray, until season 5. Season 5 I watched the first half on Amazon Prime, and the second half I've been forced to watch on broadcast TV.
But the show is So. Fucking. Awesome that I'm just pleased as punch to sit through commercials.
Keep watching the series. You will not be disappointed.
The first half of the pilot certainly looked promising. (And just to be clear: non-nudity is not a dealbreaker...)
