This first aired in the days when good weed, and a great visual joke, could still make me dissolve into a pool of hysterical laughing goo...which this did.
...and God I miss Phil Hartman...but not Dennis ...not at all.
One of the sickest and funniest SNL comedy moments in history. Right up there with - "Jane you ignorant slut." - and "Silly negro!"
