I Don't Think That Word Means

What they think it means.

Via Glenn Greenwald, Ewen MacAskill, Laura Poitras, Spencer Ackerman and Dominic Rushe at The Guardian:

Revealed: how Microsoft handed the NSA access to encrypted messages

Microsoft has collaborated closely with US intelligence services to allow users' communications to be intercepted, including helping the National Security Agency to circumvent the company's own encryption, according to top-secret documents obtained by the Guardian.
The files provided by Edward Snowden illustrate the scale of co-operation between Silicon Valley and the intelligence agencies over the last three years. They also shed new light on the workings of the top-secret Prism program, which was disclosed by the Guardian and the Washington Post last month.

whut? Now yer pro-Greenwald? Or is it, "I'm pro-Greenwald when his 'attitude' is under control." Or was your K9 penetrating intromission finished (consummated)? Hard to keep up with ya, Dotty.

Or maybe he can separate the man from the message. Try it sometime, Greenrube.

Droneglass--er, driftglass, that is--has been downright consistent about signal-boosting Greenwald on the important stuff. It's almost as if even though they agree on some things they disagree on others--I know this comes as a complete and utter shock. I know, right, are we allowed to do that sort of thing???

I think not. Good day, sir!

Boy, it's almost as if droneglass--er, driftglass--agrees with Greenwald on some things and disagrees with him on others.

I, for instance, think Glenn has some major blind spots around his libertarian roots. (and I think driftglass has some around the Democratic party, as well)

But we're adults here, and we're allowed to sometimes agree, sometimes disagree, sometimes argue, sometimes laud.

Right?

Oh, who am I fooled.

DRONEGLASS DRONEGLASS GREEN-FUCKING-WALD AGGGGGGHHHHH GOOD DAY SIR

This is the first post on this story in living memory where Droneglass doesn't shoot the messenger.
