One Child Left Behind

"Mr. Luther King had a dream. Dreams are where Elmo and Toy Story had a party, and I went there. Yay, my turn is over."

I would like to nominate "The Count" from Seseme Street to the Secretary of Treasury position, because..you know..he knows how to count.
I would nominate "The Cookie Monster", but I have never met him, so I have no opinion one way or the other.
Also, "synergy" ,"incentivization" and "pottery barn".
Please pay me now.

The Count is certainly qualified, so you can be certain he'll never be offered the job.

Michelle Rhee must be angered by Mr Mustache having been ignored in the conversation concerning deserving candidates for cabinet positions.

She's probably wondering why she had been forgotten since she's failed just as much as Mr Duncan and should be in the running for any vacated administration openings.
