Sunday Morning Comin' Down

On the road yesterday and today, pausing just long enough to point out that David Gregory continues to hold "Meet the Press" hostage on behalf of his corporate paymasters

and The Gingrich Rules continue to remain

in effect.
This Sunday we'll have a special Political Roundtable discussion. Joining us: Obama campaign senior adviser Robert Gibbs, former Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich, Democratic strategist Hilary Rosen, Republican strategist Mike Murphy, and NBC News Political Director Chuck Todd.

UPDATE:

Further down the dial on "This Week" there was nothing new to be gleaned about American politics except that our gelatinous Beltway media really doesn't believe that it is any longer their responsibility to call out  a liar as a liar, and, when it comes down to reporting Republican perfidy, they will flee to the shelter of "Both Sides Do It" ten times out of ten.

Fake Centrism has killed American political media.

No surprise that "Shoddiest Obit" is an anagram for "Both Sides Do It".

My wife was restlessly flippig through the cable channels on Sunday morning, and whose purulent visage comes on the screen? Noot's. I couldn't believe that multiple loser was on AGAIN. I told her to get that shit off, but did she listen? Do wives ever? I had to sit through almost 15 seconds of him before she got sick and flipped to Russian TV. Thank doG for Putinvision.

Chuckles the Todd has a lowgrade meltdown on MTP: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/10/08/chuck-todd-conspiracy-theories-corroding-government_n_1947731.html

While Uncle Newtie, the elephant at the table, just rolls on.

The fault, dear Chuckles lies not in the stars but in your lazy arse.
